Broccoli Casserole

1 32-oz. bag of broccoli florets (Chop up if these are big)
1 can Broccoli/Cheese Soup
1 c. mayo
1 egg
1/2 chopped onion
1 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Ritz Crackers

I cooked the broccoli until it was somewhat defrosted before beginning.  Drain well.  Combine broccoli and remaining ingredients (through cheese) in a large mixing bowl. Crush crackers and place on top.  Dot will butter.  Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
